What if there was no sell? How would that change your approach to customers?

So many business owners and their teams are nervous to sell, and its no wonder.  Selling doesn’t have the best reputation.  As you think of the word, one tends to conjure up a list of negatives.  So what if it wasn’t about selling and more about sharing.  Sharing in the story of your customer and the story of your product.  What if their needs and your product or service became characters in the same story?

What would that story sound like, what would they see in your business offering, how would it feel to have that conversation and how would the story end?
