The biggest challenge for business owners WANTING TO SELL is they are UNDERVALUED.

Your business will either be bought by a Strategic or Financial Buyer.  Strategic buyers have the Investor approach, they are looking for potential, and they will pay for future value.  Financial buyers are looking for the best deal and will be looking for ways to pay you less.
