Our story
The path to Clear Light Capital began on a dairy farm in New Zealand. Its founder, Rebecca Ramsay has been used to rolling her sleeves up and getting stuck in since childhood. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, she started her own flower business at just 14 years old.
Since then, she’s worked in travel and tourism, ran retail stores and a French ski chalet. She’s been a small business owner, worked in corporate roles, and was even a food writer and photographer.
All this culminated in a journey of self-discovery after a traumatic experience working for a corporate psychopath. During the process of rebuilding herself, she discovered her why. Rebecca dedicated herself to helping business owners and organisational leaders lay the foundations of self-awareness and authenticity; enabling them to achieve high-performance, sustainable and effective leadership.
Rebecca spent years developing, tweaking and refining how we work with clients. Clear Light Capital’s foundation is based on our proven formula of psychology + science + custom actionable program = results.

Our Founder
Rebecca has been a Director, and Business and Performance coach since 2004. Her wealth of personal experience across many business types and industries brings a deep understanding and rich insights that make her an exceptional coach with a long list of satisfied clients.
Initially studying a Bachelor of Business, Rebecca prioritises professional development to stay valid, relevant and a bringer of value. She is a qualified Coach, Trainer, NLP Practitioner, Certified Chair, Certified Innermetrix Consultant, has studied corporate finance strategies and drives our philanthropic activities.
A firm believer in contributing to communities far and wide, she was Board Director and Chair of the Grants Committee for The Buderim Foundation, where she oversaw the distribution of grants from over $6,000,000 invested funds.
She has been connected to children from the Better Future Children’s home in Nepal since volunteering there in 2005. In 2019, she visited Kyampisi Childcare Ministries in Uganda and continues the sponsorship of their vital work.
