Buderim mum and life coach Rebecca Ramsay has a plethora of projects on the go but she still finds time to indulge in her love of fashion. She reveals her favourite labels and beauty secrets.

WHO

I am a mum to a four-year-old princess, Paris, and a wife to amazing Adrian.

A life and business coach, I am very passionate about children, their enormous potential and the opportunities available to them to become empowered, inspiring and contributing members of their global community.

Currently, I work with coaching clients.

I am developing a series of children’s books and other tools, and I am planning and fundraising for supplies for a trip to Nepal in September to volunteer at an orphanage.

I am a mentor and member of Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network, secretary to the Buderim Foundation and I spend as much time as possible with children, especially Paris, and Adrian.

LIVES

In Buderim, which I love.

OUTFIT

Stitches Australia pleated pinstripe shirt from Essence Buderim; French Connection fitted denim jacket from London; Jigsaw mushroom pants from Myer Melbourne; Sara Cole tan and brown flats from Essence Buderim.

FAVE SHOPS

I love to shop at my Buderim boutiques, anywhere in Melbourne, and 3rd St Promenade, Santa Monica, LA.

FAVE FASHION LABELS

Miss Sixty, French Kitty, French Connection, Jigsaw, Veronika Maine, La Perla, Carolyn Taylor, Abercrombie & Fitch

HAIR STYLIST

BEAUTY ROUTINE

Skincare: Nu Skin, White Range, great for helping pigmentation. Cosmetics: Bare Minerals – I love it, and colours for eyes and lips whenever I see them in that box on the counter. I love those full body salt exfoliation treatments either at a salon or in the shower. I use facial masks semi-regularly at home and occasionally at a salon.
